Delivery and Returns

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipments are handled by reputable couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, SEUR, or equivalent.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on your location.
  • In purchases with multiple products, items may be shipped separately.
  • Free shipping is offered on orders over €299.99 (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation where available.

Note: Import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not right, here’s how we’ll handle it:

  • You may return or exchange items within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. EU consumers also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described below.
  • To begin the return process, please email us at admin@realmdt.com and request return authorization. EU consumers wishing to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal should use the online withdrawal form available on our website.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue either:

  • A full refund for the item(s), or
  • An exchange, based on your preference.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping:

  • If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is at your expense.
  • We recommend using a tracked or registered shipping service for all returns.

❌ Cancellations & Order Changes

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at admin@realmdt.com as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll process your request immediately.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be treated as a return under the conditions stated above.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at admin@realmdt.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and a clear description or photo of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return, free of charge.

📷 Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
  • Small manufacturing variations may occur and do not constitute a defect unless they affect the functionality or use of the product.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Right of Withdrawal

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt by email.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the goods within 14 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.

This right does not affect your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
