IN PURCHASES OF MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT, PACKAGES WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY.

- Orders will be shipped via companies like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, SEUR.
- Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days
- Free delivery for orders over 500€
- For any exchange request please notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return for a full refund of the cost of the product, or exchange.
- Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defected.
- We suggest you return your goods using recorded or registered post.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND ALTERATION
- If you wish to cancel or alter an order please contact us via email email@example.com as soon as possible so we deal with it before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped before we are contacted we will have to treat it as a return.
- If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product from us please contact us for advice on what to do.
We do our best to get orders right but every once in a while errors occur. If we have sent you an incorrect order please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We make every effort to ensure the descriptions and photographs we give are a fair representation of the products we sell. However due to inconsistencies in the manufacturing of some products, and because the colours on our website may vary slightly depending on how your monitor is calibrated, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will always look exactly the same as they do on the computer screen.
